Copies are filed in triplicate with the originating floor's registrar, the destination floor's counterpart, and the central Provenance Archive.

Physical Specifications and Layout

Form L-29 is printed on 80 gsm archival bond paper, measure 297mm by 210mm (A4), and utilizes a carbonless triplicate system with the following color sequence: top sheet (Canary Yellow), second sheet (Pink), third sheet (Blue). The form is divided into seven mandatory fields, to be completed in indelible black ink.

1. Point of Origin: A composite field subdivided into Floor, Stair, and Aperture components. Completion of this field is what dictates the procedural relevance of each sub-component for the duration of the transit. Incomplete or contradictory entries here are the leading cause of Procedural Anomaly flags.
