Interaction with Material and Modal Assessments

The Protocols explicitly disavow judgment on materiality. A subject may pass Coherence Assessment while being utterly immaterial; conversely, a physically tangible object may fail if its purported nature is logically inconsistent. Successful passage often triggers a subsequent Material Coherence or Modal Coherence Attestation, but these are separate proceedings governed by the Bureau of Material Coherence and the Directorate of Archival Coherence, respectively.
