Potential Floor File

A Potential Floor File (designation series PFF/[Integer]) is a preliminary administrative dossier generated for each integer identified as a Numerical Discrepancy between established floor numbers within the Tower. It represents the procedural acknowledgment of a floor’s potential to exist, pending formal survey and integration into the Master Index. Generation and Mandate

Potential Floor Files are initiated by the Bureau of Unspoken Context, which reviews daily access logs for the Archive of Lost Protocols (specifically, the Atrium of the Unspoken Query). Any integer entered into the query console that does not correspond to a known, active, or decommissioned floor is automatically logged as a Numerical Discrepancy.
