The Registry of Protocols is the official repository for all administrative and exploratory procedures codified within the Tower. Maintained by the Office of Catalogic Logistics, it serves as the definitive source for Descent Protocols and operational methodologies as defined by the Sixth Concordance. Scope and Mandate

The Registry's mandate, per Clause 17 of the Sixth Concordance, is to "extend to all formally documented operational methodologies, from the granular to the grand." This encompasses everything from the First Spire Delineation Protocols for mapping new vertical sectors to the proper procedure for requisitioning ink within the Central Registry. Its authority is considered contiguous with, though administratively distinct from, the Central Registry of Codified Law.
