It is distinguished from static collections such as the Central Registry or the Registry of Protocols by its dynamic, recursive nature; it does not merely store records but actively constructs the relational framework that defines their validity and interplay.

Operational Principles

The Registry operates under a recursive algorithm defined in Annex Ω of the Registry of Protocols. Upon the authorization of an amendment using the Infinite Stamp by a Clerk of the Third Order, the entry is committed to the Registry.
