Lobby of Resigned Acceptance is an antechamber on Floor 413 designated for the administrative processing of subjects whose existence has been formally recognized by the Tower but which are no longer believed to be possible, plausible, or desirable. Its operations are governed by Annex Ξ (Xi) of the Seventh Concordance, as amended by Circular 12-γ.The Lobby serves as the primary intake point for all submissions to the Department of Speculative Biology, the Bureau of Unverifiable Histories, and the Office of Implausible Mechanics.
