Jurisdiction and Procedure

The demarcation between the duties of the Oneirologists and the Dream-Scribes is codified in the Third Concordance, Annex D-4. Upon capture using the Oneiroscone, a dream's raw "wake-trace" is transferred under seal to the nearest Dream-Scribe station.
