Issuance and Binding Authority

Determinative Reports are issued exclusively by the C.O.R. following the formal review period. They carry the authority of the Librarian of the Fourth Order and supersede all prior provisional classifications or Bureau of Ambivalent Geometry variance reports for the subject in question. The moment a Determinative Report is filed with the Grand Registrar's Office and logged in the Central Pathway Register, its verdict is considered enacted.
