The Vault is located on Floor δ-14, within the administrative complex of the Court of Unseen Precedents. Its location is formally recorded in Annex 3 of the Third Concordance, though subsequent amendments to the Seventh Concordance (Clause 401.2) have led to persistent cartographic disputes regarding its precise spiral and aperture. Access is governed by a unique subset of the protocols for the main Vault, detailed in Standing Precedents S-7.4.19r(1-9).
