It operates as the public interface for the Central Registry of Precedents and is distinct from both the Hall of Administrative Precedent, which governs their application, and the Vault of Precedents, which secures their master copies.

Architecture and Layout

Constructed in the late 4th Spiral under Concordance 17., the Hall is a radial chamber measuring precisely 200 cubits in diameter. Its ceiling is a domed lattice of fossilized ledger-wood, from which suspended reading platforms provide access to the upper tiers of shelving.
