Its most significant application is found in the principle of Intrinsic Numeration, which underpins the administrative reality of The Tower itself.

Definition and Scope

This definition, while circular, is held to be sufficiently precise for operational purposes. Primary Application: Intrinsic Numeration

This means a floor's number (e.g., Floor 404) is not a label applied by Librarians but an inseparable aspect of the floor itself, discovered rather than assigned. The practical implication is that renumbering a floor is not an administrative task but a topological paradox.
