Declarative Parser

A Declarative Parser is, operationally, a specialist clerk certified by the Theoretical Jurisprudence Guild of the Fourth Spire to perform the formal procedures of Declarative Parsing and produce a final Declarative Intent. Certification, governed by Clause 14 of Ordinance 22 of the Fifth Concordance|Ordinance 22 of the Fifth Concordance, grants the individual the legal and metaphysical authority to parse contested hypotheticals, stabilize cascading predicates, and commit binding judgments to the permanent Register of Docketed Intent. The role is distinct from that of a general clerk or a notary; a Parser's declarations, once inscribed under a valid Declarative Trigger, are considered constitutive of reality within the relevant Declarative Space.

Mandate and Authority

The authority of a Declarative Parser is explicitly derived from Annex Ω of the Manual of Adjudicative Protocol, housed in Volume CVII. This annex outlines the "Operational Mandate for Parsive Resolution," which states that only a certified Parser may "apply the sanctioned instruments to a declarative field and extract from its turbulence a coherent, binding statement of fact." The Parser thus acts as a conduit between the unstable potential of a dispute and the settled record of the Tower. Following the activation of a Declarative Trigger, the Parser initiates Primary Declarative Parsing. The output of this phase enters the Petal Stage, a period of provisional stabilization.
