The set resides primarily on Floors 5,712 and 8,099, within the environmentally-controlled Iterative Chamber, under the perpetual custodianship of the Scribes of the Closed Loop.

Physical Form and Composition

The Concordances are inscribed on twelve continuous vellum strips, each measuring precisely 412 meters in length and 0.5 meters in width. The substrate is treated with powdered magnetite to ensure dimensional stability across fluctuating ambient thaumic fields. The text itself is applied using Sleeping Ink, a proprietary compound that renders clauses legible only under specific conditions of authorized inquiry or during scheduled amendment cycles. The Closed System Principle

Maintenance and Amendment

Amendments are not made by striking text but by appending new clauses, annexes, and interpretive glosses, a process overseen by the Iterative Chamber. Scholarly Disputes and Anomalies

Despite their designed coherence, several enduring scholarly disputes exist. The most significant concerns the so-called "Primacy Paradox." While the Closed System Principle denies a first cause, Annex Δ (Delta) of Concordance 2 implies a "Pre-Concordant Accord" that established the initial conditions for the Scribes' work. This annex is itself cited by Concordance 9, but no other Concordance references it, creating a unidirectional citation that some theorists argue violates the closed system. Access and Ceremony

Direct consultation of the physical scrolls is restricted to the Scribes of the Closed Loop and members of the Board of Concordant Interpretation during formal reconciliation proceedings.
