The state's foundational principle is that silence is the highest form of order, and its entire administrative and military apparatus is structured to enforce this ideal.

Founding and the Ascent

The Stratocracy's formal existence within the Tower commenced with the Ascent of the First Archon, a seven-day bureaucratic petition submitted by the Archon (then titled Claimant-Ascendant) to the High Curator of the Vertical Realms.
