Core Tenets and Structure

The Concordance is divided into nine Core Tenets, each addressing a different aspect of citation protocol. Tenet I, "On the Integrity of the Referenced," mandates that any clause cited must be presented in its entirety, including all subsequent annotations and strikethroughs, a practice known as holocitation. Contemporary Relevance and Critique

While indisputably central to Tower administration, the Twelfth Citing Concordance is not without its critics.
