For example, the Institute famously ruled on the “Case of the Perpetually Pending Request” (Docket 45-Xi), determining that a form which had begun filling itself out required not destruction, but the creation of a new form-category: “Auto-generative, Type 2.” This ruling led directly to the establishment of the Bureau of Implementable Abstraction’s Form Genesis Division.
