XVII.4. Such a Descent shall be deemed Guided, and must be conducted under the direct supervision of a Librarian of the Third Order or higher, pursuant to the reporting standards enumerated in Annex 7 C. Authorization is contingent upon the submission of Form D-44a and a sworn affidavit of non-interference, as per Clause 19, Third Concordance.
