The Bureau’s jurisdiction is formally defined as encompassing all phenomena classified under the broader practice of Queue Formation in the Central Index. This includes, but is not limited to: the metaphysical ordering within the Hall of Unresolved Queries; the pending resolution status of items listed in the Index of Unresolved Imperatives; and the procedural sequencing of daily administrative tasks considered "non-urgent but inevitable."
